Abbi had her pediatrician visit last week - 1 day before she was 6 weeks old and weighed in at 10 pounds 2 ounces and was 22 1/2 inches long!! She's grown 4 inches already!! My baby girl is getting BIG! Yesterday she saw the orthopaedic doctor to make sure her hips are alright. Levi was born with both of his hips dislocated and supposedly it's very rare for boys to have it as severe as he did. It's a lot more prominent in girls especially if a sibling had it. This morning Abbi had her ultrasound to measure the hip sockets (at 6:45 AM - way too early) and we should know the results within a few days; preliminary results are that all is a-okay!!
